‘The Concerned’ is a short film (family drama) based on the ongoing Lockdown situation.This film is completely made by staying at home and without violating Government norms and regulations regarding Lockdown.

The story revolves around husband, wife who has a daughter living in their relative’s place for study. Husband is very possessive about his family and is passing through a perplexed situation thinking too much about current Pandemic; so he tries to maintain strict norms, maintaining distance, hygiene even with his wife inside the house.

On the other hand, Wife is thinking otherwise, that her Husband is now a changed person and that she is not of any priority for him and does not love her anymore.

There is a new Neighbour with whom the Wife interacts often, who comforts her in the time of her distress. As the neighbour is residing alone, leaving his only ageing parents back home; which makes his Wife think that it is better to live alone and independent life rather than continuing life with her Husband through this gloomy phase.

Misunderstanding heightens in the wife’s mind when her Husband tells her not to open his Cupboard. Out of curiosity, she tries to find out what is it that her husband was trying to hide from her but couldn’t find anything.

As the situation continues, wife suddenly finds a treasure in which the husband has well-kept all her gifts, travel tickets, letters which they have shared together; making her nostalgic. Husband is silently watching as the Wife is reading an old apology letter which she has addressed to him.

Husband tries to clarify how he treasure their journey together; all their little misunderstanding and that the family stays at his top priority. Wife realises that she was thinking otherwise all these while, feels apologetic and they relive all those moments all over again.
